*vows written or chosen from the many online or here
*rings
*wedding party knows when they enter, where they stand, how they stand (hands folded in front (Groomsmen), flowers in both hands slightly above waist height (Bridesmaids), body quarter turned towards the Bride/Groom so photos look uniform)
*music cues (if any) ready with the Dj for Processional, Signing and Recessional
*seating placement of parents/grandparents discussed with groomsmen/ushers
*signing table and chair
*Kleenex for those emotional moments
